2 Day Pursuit
This is one of the tools in the Other Options menu.
Two-day pursuit is a unique event in the software because there's a specific option that must be taken at a specific time.
A two-day pursuit has one event which runs to completion; and then another event based on the results of the first event. This may sound like any two-run race like an alpine slalom, except that the start order (and start time) for the second event is created from the result from the first event.
Once the first event is complete and everything is correct, take the option from the Other Options menu: 'Pursuit - Set 2nd Run Start Times':

- A pursuit that's back to back, where the first event isn't run to completion, does not use this logic. It should be treated as a single event, not a two-day pursuit.
